This is CS2D not TF2D, TF2D mode is already made.

Change the players and weapons.bmp sizes, but resized ingame, like this you'll be allowed to make better weapons like texture packs in minecraft, 8x8 16x16 etc..
ah so like retina on ipods--> I don't think it would be the same effect though

Who would want to get to the control panel if his mouse is just a little slower in CS2D? It's actually a feasible idea.
People can disable people to mute them if there trolling or something.
People can talk to one person and mute all the other players .
The server admin can disable mics.
to turn on mic mode you press 'm' and press again to disable.
If you dont have a mic when you press 'm' it will send you a msg saying 'You dont have a mic' in red text.

No. Micspam sucks, even more with 13-year old kids.

If you're annoyed by a person/micspam, mute them. Simple as that.

When you really want to voice chat, go on a teamspeak server or something like that. No need for ingame voice. I have to say that on EVERY (!) game with ingame voice support I have to disable it, because I'm sick of muting half of the players on every server, because they stream their shitty music or just talk and talk and talk instead of playing. Voice support in games is really one of the worst ideas ever.
What do you mean by 'teamspeak' ?
