when the crosshair is normal it's green
when on an ememy or shooting an enemy it is red?
and when you reload there's a time sand thing ?(old watch/sand watch?)

You know what is "edit"? Edit mean's edit it using Paint.

Because of the introduction of ping maybe. It'll just be freaking useless if your aimer says "YOU'RE AIMING DIRECTLY AT YOUR OPPONENT" but you won't hit.
