DC i know u are tired of this but, u should ban this guy, look at all my files! omg he start rating 1 only because i say him to stop rating other poeplos file 1.

1. i dont rated all your files constantly 1 they are even much higher rates

2.i rated 3 files under 4 and that is revenge ok then

3. if i rated somthing bad its cause i dont liked it and it is bad with a reason

4.and i could make this same thread about you you got revenge rated my files

You need to stop creating these threads. Also, if you need to tell anyone something between you and them, just send 'em a message.
