Ask the admin of that server you play on to ban them.

this gif file proves nothimg I don't even see the reason for an account ban? I don't even know the account IDs of those players. what did you think? I can't extract their IDs from that gif image. it's not possible to ban people if you don't know their account name/id. it's simply not possible to give me a 100% rock solid proof that someone cheats. so please don't try it. I'm not going to ban people because of posts like this one because the risk that it is faked is simply too high **) this is a general thing. it's not that I don't trust you or whatever. no matter who tries it: it does not work.
don't get me wrong: cheating is bad and must be stopped but this is the wrong attempt.

edit: errr... and if this was just about freekilling: nobody gets USGN banned for this. contact the server hoster/admin or simply don't play this prison crap - because it's crap and doesn't work for obvious reasons.
