Israelis tried their best not to kill innocent people. In fact, they called those people and sent out messages and flyers so that innocent people wouldn't get killed. Gaza bombs Israel all the time, I have a friend living in Tel Aviv and he is sometimes messaging me like "My town got bombed again".
