The server is not running on your PC then. Assuming you are not lying, check the IP address of the server using CS2D. That's where it's running.

@user Happy Camper: You're the only that helps but somehow my PC is fked up and the IP is 193.168.x.x and the port. Ty for helping but I can find solution by my self, because you really dont know how fked up the pc is..
