No, you cannot disable a lua menu's button. However, you can leave a blank space where that button should be, for example, this code:

menu(id,"Title,Button1,Button2,,Button 4")

next version will have this implemented (I just did it, took 2 minutes):
menu(id,"Title,NormalButton,(DisabledButton),AnotherButton");
so putting ( and ) around a button label will create a disabled button (the brackets will be stripped by CS2D so that you only see the actual label on a disabled button)
