Condition Zero Deleted Scenes is good as CZ but the mission were pretty easy, it gets very boring when you finished it and it doesn't have multiplayer, so for me CS:CZ is the best CS game.
Css ? laggy ? I am running it on maxed out settings and playing on lots of servers.

Well, I like all CS games but Global Offensive will destroy CS.
It's fucking sad, I miss the golden times of CS Beta.
