about the "health up" part, you can do this with the entity "Hurt". edit it and instead of positive numbers like 10,25,81 as example, they will hurt you and decrease your HP/kill you if you step on it. but if you give it negative numbers like -8 or -14 it will increase your HP if you step on it.
so let's say you have a tile and you want that if you walk on it your life gets increased by let's say 20 points, simply take the Hurt entity and place it on the tile, open it and set in the number of how much you want to increase the HP by with a "-" like -10 -50 -20 etc.
