Second WHY add it at all? Are you not satisfied with the RPG & Rocket Launchers?
Third - You can sell RPG - Rocket Launchers using LUA its not that hard...
The Rocket Launcher itself is practicly like a Bazooka - as you say it... you can manipulate its damage level,reskin it to look like a bazooka & you will have yourself a good bazooka...
There is no need for rocket weapons anymore...
& its up to DC to decide if he wants to or not... wich i hardly think he will do...
Edit : Sometimes you dont even have to do anything...
Go to the Files Archive & search for a Bazooka there im positive you will find a great skin in there! If you dont like the damage that it does you can simply change it by using this CMD : mp_wpndmg Rocket Launcher 80 - or any other damage you would like it to have.
You can also download a lua that allows the players to buy a rocket launcher/rpg - launcher for money... Easy & Simple.

add the money from 16000 to 20000 or etc
btw: i don't like the bazooka idea. there are alot weapons like RPG , rocket launher and else. did you try it?
