Not strange
The first to numbers are used for people from a special location. 84.XXX.XXX.XXX is for people in Germany and middle europe.
The next number indicates more accurate in which location you are.

The rest may change after every log-in or at least after 24h because the most providers log you automatically out then. This is because the IP pool is almost exhausted and they have to give the IP immediately to another one when you logged off.

Okay, then it's not the Location, but the provider

@Topic: Why is it so bvad that your IP changes Armeer? Be happy!
Look: If you get banned at any game, you can rejoin when your IP changes. Ain't it awesome?

Maybe you should check your connection (router logged off and on again?) and call your provider...

There we have the reason
The router doesn't log off because the IP changes, the IP changes because the router loggs off!

Normal providers automatically disconnect you every 24 hours (I don't know why) but the router may immediately reconnect. If you don't want it you must pay more.
